Can I get a quote online?
Due to the time-critical nature of transplant flights, calling our dispatchers directly is the quickest and most-efficient way to get a quote as soon as possible.
Can we put the plane on hold?

Yes! A plane can be put on hold. Our dispatchers will be happy to give you details.

Is someone going to answer the phone at night?

Yes! We have dispatchers on shift, ready to answer your calls at 24/7/365. You are not calling an “on-call” number.

Do you transport patients?

We are not an air ambulance service. We are unable to fly an organ donor using our aircraft, however, we will be happy to assist you in finding air transport of an organ donor if needed. We ARE able to fly a living donor or a “well recipient” (a recipient who can ambulate on their own and does not require continued medical monitoring while on the aircraft.)

Can you provide flight times for my trip?

Yes! Give our dispatchers a call 24/7/365, and they will be happy to give you a flight-time estimate.

Do you do in-flight catering?

We will be happy to arrange meals for our passengers.
